Important Information for Members of PMI -

The Sale of the Company's Renewal Rights to NPA Insurance Limited was approved by Members in December 2007 and the initial distribution of the reserves of the Company to Members was made in April 2008. As advised to Members in the original sale documentation a further distribution will be made to Qualifying Members following the transfer of the ongoing business under existing policies to NPA Insurance Limited.

Following a hearing at the High Court of Justice on 9 December 2008, the insurance business of the Company was transferred to NPA Insurance Limited at 00.01am GMT on 15 December 2008 in accordance with the terms of the Order of the High Court of Justice by Mr Justice Patten and Part VII of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. A letter dated 19 December 2008 has been sent to all Qualifying Members advising them of the current status of the further distribution and a letter of the same date has also been sent to all New Members updating them of the current position. It is important that Members keep the Company advised of any change in personal details, eg. change of address, to keep the membership records up to date.
